INGREDIENT – To Serve 4-5

Mutton Pieces 1 Kg
Melam Mutton Masala 4 tbsp
Onion Sliced 3 no
Tomatoes Chopped 3 no
Green Chilly Slit 2 no
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsps
Vegetable Oil 3 tbsp
Salt To Taste

COOKING METHOD
  • Cut and clean the mutton and marinate with the ginger garlic paste and the Melam Mutton masala powder.
  • Heat Oil and sauté onions and green chillies.
  • Now add the marinated mutton pieces, little water, salt to taste and stir well.Add tomatoes.
  • Cover and cook till the meat becomes tender and gravy becomes thick.
  • Garnish with coriander Leaves.
