INGREDIENT – To Serve 2-3

Carrot 50 g
Beans 50 g
Potato 75 g
Cauliflower 50 g
Melam Vegetable Masala 3 tbsp
Onion 3 no
Tomatoes 2 no
Green Chilly 2 no
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves 10 no
Coconut Milk thick 1 cup
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
Salt To Taste
Coriander leaves For garnishing

COOKING METHOD
  • Heat the oil in a kadai.
  • Add onion and sauté till it changes to light brown.
  • Add the green chillies, cubes of vegetable and sauté for 2 min.
  • Add Melam Vegetable masala powder and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add tomato, salt to taste and water as required.
  • Allow vegetable to boil well and become soft.
  • Add coconut milk and allow to simmer.
  • Remove from the heat and garnished with coriander leaves and fried curry leaves.
