Instant Fish Curry Masala

The colour and taste need to be perfect for Meen Mulakittathu, which is cooked with malabar tamarind and is unique to Kerala. The Instant masala created especially for this dish has Red Chilli and hence keeps the taste intact. Bring back the flavour of home with Quick’ n Easy’s 3-step Melam Meen Mulakittathu Instant Masala !


Step 1: Heat 2 cup (500 ml) water in a vessel. Add 60 g Melam Meen Mulakittathu instant masala to it.

Step 2: Add 500 g of fish and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Check salt and add as required.

Step 3: Add 1 tbsp of oil. Remove from Heat.
