Fish Fry (To serve 4 persons) – Ingredients: Cleaned and cut fish: 500 gms, salt to taste, oil for frying, Melam Fish Fry Masala – 4 tbsp, ginger garlic paste 1 tsp, lemon and oinon for garnish.

Method:

  • Make a paste of fish fry masala by adding enough water, salt and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  • Smear on the fish pieces and keep for some time.
  • Deep fry in oil. Garnish with lemon wedge and onion rings.
