Meat Masala (To serve 4 persons) – Ingredients: Meat – 1/2 kg, Melam Meat Masala-2 tbsp,Onions-2 nos sliced, Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp, Tomatoes-2 nos chopped, Green chilli slit -2 nos, Curry Leaves-few, Coconut Oil or Vegetable oil -2 tbsp, Salt to taste.

Method:

  • Clean and cut meat into pieces.
  • Marinate the meat with ginger garlic paste, salt and Melam Meat Masala powder.
  • Heat oil, sauté onions and green chilli till they turn lightly brown in colour.
  • Add marinated meat, tomatoes, curry leaves, salt and enough water.
  • Cover and cook till the meat becomes tender and thick gravy.
