Mutton Masala (To serve 4 persons) – Ingredients: Clean and cut Mutton Pieces -1kg, Melam Mutton Masala – 4 tbsp, Onion sliced – 3 nos, Tomatoes chopped – 3 nos, Ginger Garlic Paste – 30g ,Green chilli slit -2 nos, Oil-3 tbsp, salt to taste, coriander leaves for garnishing.


  • Cut and clean the mutton and marinate with ginger garlic paste and Melam Mutton Masala.
  • Heat oil, saute onions and green chillies.
  • Then add marinated Mutton pieces mixed with little water, salt to taste and stir well and then add tomatoes.
  • Cook till the meat becomes tender and gravy fairly thick.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
