INGREDIENT – To make 12 – 15 dosas

Melam Dosa Mix – 250 g

Water – 350 ml

Salt – To taste

Cooked rice (optional) – 3 tbsp

COOKING METHOD
  • Take Melam Dosa Mix in a bowl
  • Add water little by little to the bowl to make the batter
  • Add salt to taste
  • Add cooked rice (Optional)
  • Grind all the ingredients for 1 minute in a mixie and keep the batter aside for 8 -10 hrs to ferment
  • Pour one ladle of fermented batter onto a greased dosa tava to make delicious crisp dosas
  • Serve hot with Sambar and Chutney of your choice
