INGREDIENT – (Serves 3–4)

Whole wheat flour – 250 g
Melam Health Mix – 30 g (3 Tbsp)
Salt – To taste

COOKING METHOD
  • In a large bowl, mix 250 g of whole wheat flour, 3 tablespoons of Melam Health Mix, and salt.
  • Gradually add water and mix to form a soft dough. Knead for a minute and smooth the dough with your palm. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into portions and shape into balls. Flatten a ball, lightly dust with wheat flour, and roll out evenly.
  • Heat a tawa over medium-high heat. Place the rolled chapati on it, flip after a minute, then flip again to cook fully, including the edges.
  • Transfer to a plate and serve your healthy creation hot.
