					Recipe: Masala Chai (To Serve 2) -Ingredients: Water-250 ml, Milk- 125 ml, Melam Masala Chai powder – 10-15 g, Sugar – 2 tsp.
Method:
- Boil water and milk together and add Melam Masala Chai powder.
 
- Boil for 1 – 2 minutes and add sugar (or as per your taste) and mix well.
 
- Strain the Masala Chai and serve hot.
