Instant Meat Fry Masala

Mutton or Beef pieces, when cooked in our freshly ground spices, sautéed with onions and coconut slices, and slowly roasted to a dark brown colour, will have a tich and aromatic flavour with an unforgettable taste. Prepare the dish with Erachi Ularthiyathu Instant Masala in 3 Steps!


Step 1: Clean 500g of Mutton or Beef cubes. Pressure cook the meat with little salt, V½ cup thinly sliced coconut pieces (optional) and small quantity of water until it becomes tender.

Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp oil in a Kadai. Add 75 g Melam Erachi Ularthiyathu instant masala and sauté for 1 minute on a low flame.

Step 3: Transfer the cooked meat and continue cooking on a very low flame until the meat is dark brown.

Note: Since masala contains salt, add only little quantity to the meat.
