Instant Chicken Roast Masala

MELAM Kozhi Peralan Masala for this all-time favourite dish has to be perfect for it to taste good. We have painstaingly hand-picked every little ingredient, in the right combination, to create the difference between good and great through Quick’n Easy 3 steps!


Step 1: Marinate 500 g cleaned chicken in 60 g Melam Kozhi Peralan instant masala along with small quantity of water and little salt. Then keep it for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2: Heat 30 ml oil in a pan. Sauté the marinated meat for 2 minutes on a low flame and add 4 cup water. Cook till the chicken is done.

Step 3: Add 75 ml coconut milk and keep for 5 minutes on low flame. Serve hot.

Note: Since masala contains salt, add only little quantity to the meat.
